All about
our Veterinarian
|
Dr. Verna Waters
graduated from the Washington State University College
of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. She has been a
researcher, associate professor, and an editor of a
professional veterinary journal. She practiced
veterinary medicine in several states before deciding to
call Illinois her home. Prior to settling in at the
Sycamore Animal Hospital in 2008, she practiced in the
Fox Valley area for 8 years. She enjoys spending time
with her family as well as her 2 dogs, Yogi and Libby. |

All about
our Staff

Sam
joined the staff in 2003. She assists the doctors in
examinations, surgery, radiology, and performing lab
tests. She graduated from Aurora University with a
Bachelor’s Degree in Health/Science. She has two 2 dachshunds, Buddy
and Toby also a cat named Chloe (not pictured). |

Lisa joined the SAH team in
2010. Lisa began working as a veterinary
receptionist/assistant in 2003. She received an
Associate's Degree in applied science from Southern
Illinois University. Lisa is a dedicated animal lover
and has rescued many animals in need of a home. Lisa has 4 dogs: Ike, Sassy, Missy, and Bella (not pictured).
She also has parakeets. |

Erin joined our SAH family in 2009. She has two dogs, Harley
and Nemi (not pictured). Erin is currently enrolled at
Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine, and
will receive her DVM degree in 2015.

Lindsay joined the SAH team in September of 2011. Among
Lindsay’s many talents, she is outgoing, has a great
sense of humor, and loves everyone’s animal friends! She has
two pups, Ellie
and Josie.

Brenda joined the SAH family in 2007. After a brief
absence in 2011, we welcomed her back in 2012. She
enjoys spending time with her husband and their 2
dogs Niko and Reggie.
